To
access the Arthrosurface® Extranet, please enter your
username and password and
press the Login button. If
you have previously registered for Extranet access but have forgotten your
password, please click the Lost Password? link to have your
password resent to your email address immediately. If
you have not registered for Extranet access, please click on the Register link
and follow the instructions. Registering for extranet access is a 2 step
process.
Step
1: Fill out
the required fields and click on
Send Registration. You will be sent a confirmation email containing a link that
you must click to send an automated confirmation.
Step
2: Once your information is verified,
you will be approved and granted access to detailed pages
regarding Arthrosurface® HemiCAP® systems and
